Default FS 1985 Mustang LX Coupe SSP

1985 Mustang LX 5 speed 5.0 SSP car. This car was originally a South Carolina Police Car. I bought the car from a person in South Carolina about 4 years ago already painted. I did pretty much everything else to the car. The car is in excellent condition. It has a mostly stock rebuilt 5.0. All new interior. It is painted in House of Kolor Sunset Pearl paint with pearl flames. The car drives, looks and runs great. This car can be a daily driver or a weekend cruiser. Right now it spends all it’s time in a garage and is driven about twice a month. I will do my best to list what has been done to the car. The car needs nothing, unless it’s changing something to your liking. Please shoot me a PM if you want to talk to me.. I will send you my number..

Very nice car!

In terms of its use as a SSP Mustang, I checked one online resource, and according to that document SC did not order any SSP's in 1985. However, the state of North Carolina did order them in 1985. Another possibility if that it could have been purchased by a local police department in SC. Also, it is entirely possible that the source I checked may be wrong, so I feel compelled to say that I am only passing along what I read online. The 6-digit DSO information listed on the door tag would help shed some light, and also if the 2nd buck tag is still in place on the radiator support. Stock or modded, there are many SSP fans who like to document the surviving SSP's.

Regardless, good luck with the sale!
