Default MY BULLIT

new to the forum. need lots of help. love cars, love my bullit. but not the most mechanically inclined, but I'm learning. I have a 2001 mustang bullit. I recently had the engine rebuilt. bored 30 over new pistons and rods the works. so the engine is all nice and sounding great. now I want to upgrade the suspension, gears, and any other small things I can think of which I could learn to do or do myself fairly easy or with the right guiding mustang enthusiasts. I guess my first task would be too do the suspension. I mean everything so its like brand new under there. thing is other than springs shocks and struts I'm really not even sure where to begin. where to get the best deals and so forth. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks y'all.

Welcome and congrats on the decision to turn your own wrench. It's a great feeling when you can do something yourself, and much MUCH cheaper.

As for parts, just start at Latemodel Restoration website, go thru and make a wish list. Then narrow that down to what you want first. Jump on YouTube and search for a video on the work you want to do, and see if your comfortable doing it. Springs, shocks, and struts can be done by you, but you'll need to take it in for an alignment.
