Use a dolly block and hammer on dents, or a dent puller and then dolly them from there ,make sure you take all safety steps when doing body work, use the right dust mask or respirator ,safety glasses or goggles and proper gloves for what you are doing
KK,do an online search for a video on body work maybe YouTube ,watching someone really helps when it comes to bodywork

I really dislike working on doors, often the inside of the panel is hard to get to, and there are lots of sharp edges...not to mention you may need to remove the window and the regulator-the mechanism that opens and closes the window. wear gloves up over your wrists if you can find some that you can still work with.
They do make body dolly's that are more of a lever than a block that might make the job easier.
