Best NO2 for 02 Gt
Decided now to go spray for the last part of the racing season, and I am going to do by this Friday, would like opinions on wet vs dry and brand, I want to go 100- 125 hp I dont think the stock 4.6 2v GT can take any more or I would go 150 or more. My best time is 13.65 @ 101 with a 1.85 60 foot on BFG drag radials, what can I get to with a 100 hp spray?

It's N2O.
Your GT can handle a 150 shot, tune it properly with plugs & timing.
100 shot max Dry, 150 shot max wet. Anything in between, I HIGHLY suggest a wet shot. A 100 shot would get you well into the 12's..

RE: Best NO2 for 02 Gt
My friend just put on a 100 hp dry shot and roasted his clutch in 2 weeks running around spraying all over town. He will give it to me for $300 and we can throw it on for friday nite. My timing is set with the predator tuner at 12 degrees advance do I need to retard? Do I need different plugs? I plan on hitting it after 60 foot and running a mid to low 12 and probably getting kicked out for convertables need roll bar below 13.50.

im running a NX wet kit 100 shot, set your timing back to stock(10 degrees BTDC) and I use NGK TR6 Cobra plugs(two heat ranges colder, yes this is needed for nitrous and boosted applications, lol),DO NOT USE PLATNUIM PLUGS!!!!!!!!! irridium is the best, but they is pricey(about 14-17 bucks per plug, lol). ive been runing this set up for about 6 mos now, yes your stock INTAKE will handle the 150 wet shot,BUT,it wont last very long doing it. i would not go over 100 shot it has been fine for me. im running stock rubber and gears so my times are a bit off,lol 13.1@108 2.5 60 foot times(i know,i know too much wheel spin, BUT ITS SOOO MUCH FUN TO DO IT,lol) the only down side to nitrous is well two things its very addicting and you gotta refill that dern bottle ,lol other than that its fun to use and rather simple. one other note off the juice i run at 15 degrees BTDC and ALWAYS use 91-93 octane with that timing and if you are going to be spraying. have fun hope i helped a little.

Thanks for the replies, but for future info any 99 and up 4.6 must use a wet system. The fuel management requires the N20 to be delivered with fuel pressure or it will run lean and detonate. The ZEX dry is for 5.0 and 96-98 GT.
