New to lowering springs... please help!

He is correct. I misread and thought we were talking about a V8. There will be abour 1/4 inch difference in the drop on a V6 because of the weight. So the front would be looking at 3/4.

No the rear would drop too. The V6 would sit between stock and a V8. The backend would be a little less than 1/4 difference.
I don't have the exact data with me on the rear end, but knowing it would sit between stock and a v8 with 3/4 drop in the front and around 1 or so in the back.
