I'll definitely try to record it, if not I'll let you guys know the result. And I'm just waiting for some more money so I can do all of the bolt ons at the same time. So I can unleash the beast all at once I want to do 70mm TB, UDPs, 4.10's, long tube headers, bbk x pipe w/ 2 high flow cats, bbk CAI, and flowmasters. Maybe down the road gonna go H/C/I but for now don't have that much money.

i raced a prelude a while back but we were both stock and technically we didnt finish cuz my shift linkage bolt came out but i would of had him easy and he took off first. so who knows. but mines stick and his is auto. he did the whole rev in nuetral and took off lol. dumb i know
Hey my cousin just bought a 97 prelude vtec with a couple bolt ons. It has headers, CAI, Exhaust, and UDP's. He's coming down to my city tomorrow(Friday) to visit some of the family and he wants to race me against my 5.0. I don't have anything in the engine just a stock 5.0 with K&N intake. I was wondering if anyone had experience racing preludes before? I'm pretty sure I'm going to win I just went through a couple videos on youtube and saw that mustangs are generally faster then preludes. Both mine and his are automatic. Should I rev up to 3k RPMs and then take off or just do a normal take off? Thanks for the help. I'll let you guys know what the result is. I'll possibly have my brother video tape it and i'll post that up as well if I get a video.
this section is not for such threads, this is why this forum has "the racers bench" so with that being said, off to such you go...............

lol yeah i was wondering the same things about the stall. my friend has a 87 TA auto and i was going to show him how to preload the car but it started burning rubber at like 1500rpm. if it didn't have the drums it probably would have gone higher but not much.
