H PIPE QUESTION

RE: H PIPE QUESTION
Dude, you're talking to people that know a lot about mustangs, take out work on this, mid pipes don't do jack for performance, the main performance gains come frome the two mufflers, not the mid pipe. The difference from y pipe to x, h, or straights, is maybe 1-2 rwhp, at best, something not noticible as there's more variation in your hp naturally than 1 or 2 rwhp. In other words, one run you may have 160, another 163, another 161, it just varies.

RE: H PIPE QUESTION
Depending on where you go and what kind you buy, o/r, and or catted, they will run anywhere from $200-$300, if a shop custom fabs one........ probably $200 or so, maybe less, but you'd have to call one to know for sure.
