I have a 2005 Mustang V6. Recently it has started beeping for no apparent reason. It usually does it when I stop and start to go again, but it will do it while I am driving down the road??? No light comes on and my gauges are normal. Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone tell me what might be causing this?

Yes. It is one random beep at a time. Not like the annoying seat belt beep.

My car used to do this as well. Spray the locks on both doors with WD40. Does your dome light come on when it beeps or is it permanently on?

My car used to have the dome light stay on(because the sensors in the door locks) so I just took the bulb out cause I didnt know what was causing it. After 2 years of this I finally searched for a fix and a couple weeks ago I was able to have a dome light for the first time.

yeah mine does that if the door doesnt shut all the way. Sounds like a door sensor.
