Default 08 GT wheels on 97 GT question...

I recently sold my 08 GT/CS would the tires and wheels fit a 97 GT? Have any of you ever shipped tires and wheels? The cheapest I can find to ship these things is like $267 to the guy who wants to buy them (he'll be paying the shipping but he's a friend so I want to try and make it as cheap as possible). Any reply would be helpful, thanks.

You will need wheels spacers to bring the rims out more... they will look sunk in on a SN95. I believe a 1/2" spacer is enough, but dont quote me.

Shipping tires and wheels together can get costly... factor in the weight and size and 267 bucks sounds cheap.

I know they can be made to work but you have to have something adjusted and I cant remember the exact name of it at the moment. Has to do with the wheel angle.

For the work, it's not worth putting the S197 wheels on the SN95 cars. There are so many cheaper / easier wheels that bolt on.
