Question SC Swap IC fitment

For those of you who have done the Supercoupe engine swap - how did you get the intercooler to fit? There is not enough room using the Mustang radiator and electric fan.

IC goes in front of rad, needs coolest air.

In a Super Coupe set up the stock IC mounts offset to the driver's side a bit. It does NOT mount in front of the radiator.
It's been years since I've done one, but I think you need the Super Coupe's radiator set up, it's narrower. Jamie (V6Sprout) used to have the FULL write up on V6Power. Not sure if it's still there or not. He gives you every nut and bolt and how to install it all correctly in the Mustang in the Super Coupe section.

Ok, I picked up a SC radiator and now I find other problems. In order for the fan shroud to fit I will have to relocate the ABS. It is mounted to the frame right behind the radiator. Hopefully I can bend all those brake lines without any kinks.

Yep, that post has helped me alot but nothing was mentioned about the ABS. After working with this for a while, I am going to have to replace all the brake lines to it. Mine were kind of rusty so they needed to be replaced anyway. It's been one thing after another with this conversion, very frustrating at times. I just hope it will be worth it when done.

Well it'll be faster than it, was, but don't be expecting to be blowing doors off other cars. In the scheme of things the car will still be under average by modern performance standards.

Check into having some custom lines bent for you, dont screw up your ABS trying to do it yourself, those lines kind EASY if you do it by hand.

There are tiny benders you can buy that will help you if you really want to do it yourself.
