Go to pick and pulls website and look up prices for two heads, intake manifolds, throttle body, linkage ect. Someone can give you a list of needed parts.

Based off your pic you better invest in cleaning up that motor and repairing dry rotten/bad components before you do anything. Those spark plug wires also look fairly worn, but you never know till you pull one off and see if it falls apart in your hands.

Sometimes I almost wish I had an older 3.8, there's quite a few supercoupe supercharger setups on Craigslist near me for cheap. But I'm not back tracking from split port for it .

From what I've researched the supercoupe swap is quite extensive and can get quite expensive and will require a little creative custom fabrication to make some components work. I'm sure it's fun/cool when it's done, but I also wonder how many tackle this project only to fail with a non working motor, or poorly running motor.
