Default I need advice with my mustang

Hi everyone,
I wanted to know your opinion with these two types of ball joints. which one should i get. or advice on whether i should get something else. I currently have a 2001 v6 mustang about 150,000 miles, the vehicle has not been lowered.

i was also looking at this strut mount since my car needs a new one. has anybody had issues with it? should i buy a different one instead.

your advice and opinion is greatly appreciated
Thank you,
David
