Default 95 V6 Mustang

I wanted to make my v6 a dual exhaust so I just threw an H-pipe converter, a pair flowmaster 40 series mufflers and some SR Performance stainless steel tailpipes on there recently. I like the sound it has now; much better than the single exhaust I had but I was wondering is there anything more I can do to give my 95 a deeper, throatier sound? Like a muscle car should sound.

Maybe longtube headers would help but there's not a lot more you can do for a v6.

You could try cutting out your factory catalytic converters and replacing them with a set of high-flow cats. That should make the exhaust sound a bit throatier and possibly deeper too. I don't suggest deleting the cats all together because that tends to make v6 Mustangs sound raspy.

hope this helps buddy!

Switch out your Flowmasters for a better muffler.

Longtubes will help. Cat removal will too. But I'd say go full MAC products. Not cheap though.

Default 95 mustang ignition switch

The other day I turned my car on and couldn't turn it off because the ignition switch would turn all the way around instead of turning off. Triple A came and took my gas fuse out and that shut it off but my radio was still on so my battery died. About how much would it cost to replace my ignition switch and would I need a new battery? Or does it just need to be charged? Thanks guys!

Should be ok to recharge. Should have unhooked your battery. If you do the work yourself a new switch is about $50. Id check junk yards. But if you have a theft system you will need to take that into account.

94-95 does not use a chipped key, he can buy the cheap tumbler from americanmuscle and be straight.
