Oil drips from pan only when engine starts and shuts off
Well I changed my oil a month or so ago and ever since I changed out my oil my cars leaks a drop or two or sometimes more when the engine is started or shut off, not while the engine is running. I am 100% sure that it is the oil drain plug gasket because the drops are coming from the bottom of the oil pan, when your shut off the engine and look under the car you can see a drop trying to fall off the oil pan. I never changed the drain plug gasket because I completely forgot about it and this immediately started happening after I changed my oil. Do you guys believe it is the gasket? Or something more serious? I check my oil level and everything is good to go.

You need to find out EXACTLY where the oil is coming from. "Off the oil pan" could be anything from the front timing cover to pan gasket or even a crack in the pan.
You can try tightening the plug a little more, but you shouldnt need to replace the plug washer. I have never changed the copper washer on any of my cars and have never had them leak.

I'm gonna be taking a look at it this morning, only reason I came to that assumption was because it happened immediately after I changed my oil. Will give you some feedback soon, thanks.
EDIT: What is this rugger like plug on the bottom of the pan next to the drain plug? I'd say it's about two or so inches in diameter

when you changed your oil did you use the same type, or did you switch to a full synthetic?
if you switched to a synthetic after using conventional oil this could be indication that a seal has had a crack and the synthetic is just able to make its way through the crack that conventional oil couldn't or maybe didn't leak as much. but to me it sounds definitely like a seal could be worn out and needs to be replaced.
