Default I could use some ideas

I have a 2000 v6 Mustang, M/T I gave it a tune up, Coil, plugs wires and fuel filter but even before that I would drive about 15 miles or so and it would start to Bogg when i pressed the pedal to the floor, But not all the time I would turn the car off and back on and it would work fine again. any thoughts?

Not a lot to go on for a diagnosis. My advice start simple and progress to more detailed troubleshooting.
Check for a restricted exhaust - simple check for Fords here
Check fuel pressure when the engine bogs vs specs
Scan for any codes present - Is SES light on? (this should be first)
Post back with more detail and the results of above.
Good Luck

Most say to simply use Motocraft parts...special parts or stuff thats supposed to 'supe' up the car will not run well with them.
