I find it hard to believe Legion would say "ALL" dual exhausts on a V6 makes you lose HP, because there have been many accounts of people disproving that from these forums as well.

Back on subject, many people here recommend the FRPP dual exhaust kit.
How much does that cost?

I paid $580 for mine. It comes with the mid's, x-pipe and mufflers, along with all mounting hardware and clamps, and bumper flanges to make it look nice and clean.

I know several people have gotten theirs for around $600. Well worth it in my opinion. Do a search on FRPP dual exhaust and you will see.

Is that including or excluding install?

Well, knowing how y'all Aggies are (lol!), you'll feel a power difference with a dual setup. The sound is DEFINITELY better, and tht will be the biggest difference over a power difference.
Sticking larger pipes on won't help any, and as mentioned, will probably hurt performance. The stock V6 pipes/cats are very well designed for the V6 and flow just fine.

And dual's out the back of a Mustang are just natural!
(Whoop!)

Don't expect any power gains going into this install. If you do get any they will be very small. Sound should probably be your top priority when looking at kits. Go out and listen to what people have and listen to them online. Go with the sound you like and the kit you can afford.

The main reason I'm getting it is because single exhaust just doesn't look right!

What I believe he is trying to say is you lose more low end power and torque, and gain minimal high end which would be shown on the dyno charts.
