Default 4.10 gears and tlok question

i have an 09 v6 mustang with 23,000 miles on it. i was going to put 4.10 gears in and a tlok. i know the bearing kit is for higher mileage cars but i was wondering if i need to get it for the installation.

Are you going to do it yourself?

If you are asking, its beyond your capabilities.
Go to a shop and then know what to get.
Setting up the gears is for those that know how to do it.

No I'm not doing it myself. I was just wondering if the bearing kit is essential for a professional to install everything. Sorry i should have clarified all that =/

2010 should not need new bearings yet...
23,000 is not that much.
Unless you just like 'freshing' things up a bit while you are in there.
But no they are not mandatory for a t-loc/gear install...

Thinking of getting gears again(got bad ones last time, had to take off). The mechanics here keep saying to go without the LSD because it will still spin with one wheel(even though it's supposed to spin 2). The only gears I've seen lately for a 2008 V6 Mustang is Motives, but the good thing is that one of the shops specializes in Motive gears and say they shouldn't whine if installed properly. By the way, my mods are an AFE cold air intake, Flowermaster 44 single exhaust and 93 octane tune(Diablo Sport). I was able to do a 0-60 time in 6.33 seconds, could have probably done better(maybe). From you all's experience, how much time would I shave off my 0-60 time with 4.10 gears and without LSD, even though I'll get better traction with them. I'll just get the wider tires later. Oh, and I have an automatic. I don't remember if I was manually shifting(1,2,3 gears) or if I had just punched it. What's better by the way?
Thanks
