Default PLEASE HELP!! MUSTANG shuts off when horn is honked or headlights turned on

My 05 v6 mustang with 200k miles is having a very bad issue..
CAR runs.. but if you honk the horn or turn the headlights on.. it SHUTS OFF completely.. Had is at the mechanics shop for 3 days and he said he couldn't figure it out. he also contacted ford and there technicians and they said they have no clue.. they mentioned something about a module.. but that was all i got from them.. PLEASE tell me someone has gone through this before.
BTW battery is good alt is charging they said when you hit the horn the alt stops giving power and the car die complete.. hitting the horn or the lights is literally like a kill switch.

Is the right front passenger floor board wet.

If so, it could be the smart junction box.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Check behind the kick panel on the passengers side to see if it feels wet. Unfortunately, if that area gets soaked it can cause electronic chaos.

To be honest.. i had bad flooding issues about a year+ ago.. it was those two bull**** filters under the hood by the firewall.. they got filled up with leafs and stuff and i pulled them both out to drain everything and the cars been fine since.. but i think water did get on that panel.. and the car acted weird for maybe a day or two.. but hasent had any problems with it in a year.. if theres something in there to replace? what would it be..?

cslix, sorry to hear about the flooding. Other than knowing about the basic water damage issue to the SJB box, I don't know the details.

I do know there is a ton of material on the web about it though. Just google
