Mustang Starts Race in Reverse, Still Wins
I’ll be the first to say that this is far from a fair fight. A Mustang against any standard pickup truck is a laughable race to say the least, but this idiot in his Silverado was dumb enough to line up. And then the unthinkable happens. Somehow the Mustang driver manages to find himself sitting in reverse rather than first, and when the lights change, he lurches rearward.
But keep watching, as the driver quickly corrects his mistake and launches down the strip in a fury of anger and noise. The lowley pickup truck is quickly passed and the Mustang manages to completely demolish the thing.
The amount of time, and the trap speed, that this Mustang manages to beat the truck by is soooo bad, that I wouldn’t be surprised if that Chevy owner drove straight home and set his truck on fire. After an embarrassment like that, I certainly would have.
Just hit that play button and watch what I mean. I think the Mustang could have won even if he did the whole race in reverse.
