We Have New Mustang Shelby GT500 Renderings!
Perhaps Ford is planning an AWD system to make sure the Hellcat-killer GT500 can put all of that power down on a launch. Further rumors seem to indicate the GT500 makes use of the Ford GT’s 7-speed dual-clutch flappy-paddle transmission. All of this, mated to 315-section-width rear tires means they could be building one hell of a drag-strip monster.
Regardless of how powerful or how quick or how nutty the new GT500 is, we’re always excited for a new Mustang iteration. We’ve worked up these new renderings to give you folks an idea of what that crazy car might look like when it is finally launched. Hopefully we’ll have some official details soon.
