#4 Underrated – 1987 – 1993 Mustang LX 5.0

The Fox Body Mustang GT gets all the glory. Maybe that has something to do with Vanilla Ice, and maybe it doesn’t. But the 5.0L LX is lighter than the GT with the same amount of power. The LX also has a cleaner look overall than the GT. It is a bit more under the radar and is a relative sleeper next to the GT. These are wonderful Mustangs that live in the shadow of the GT but really shouldn’t.
