Default Pony Package Grille Switch

Awhile ago I thought about switching my 05 grille for an 06 Pony Package grille but then i saw that they charge $500 for them. Im not sure if it would work but i found this Pony Grille http://www.karkraft.com/2005_mustang.htm (Towards the bottom of the page) its only $220, then i thought that like the street scene wiring harness would work for it. Then the price would only be alittle over $300. If that does work, kinda seems like abig difference in the prices almost $180 saved.

I have the grill the lights and the switch (basically, everything karkraft has, plus the switch), that I was thinking of selling. I'd part with it for $300 total if your interested.

i actually think you need a diff harness than the street scene...i dont remember why, but i heard the gt doesnt work and neither to any of the aftermarket ones, something about length i think? i could be wrong.

Hmmm maybe thats why the sets so high priced because you need a different wire loom.

And by the way, JSK thanks but for now im not gonna buy a new grille i just spent some money so im done for the month. But if i did it'd be a toss up between the GT center fog lights and the pony package.

actually the ss harnes will work fine except that the plugs for the pony lights are diff than the gt style lights. you would need the get the plugs from an auto part store or dealer and just cut the gt plugs off and replace them with the pony plugs. its pretty easy
