Does anyone have the shaker sub box for the trunk that they dont need? Or also does anyone know where i could find one? Having a regular box takes up too much space so im hoping to find one to tuck the sub away in the side so i have more space in the trunk. Thanks

 

Hurricane, I've got the S1000 sub box in my convertible and it takes up about 20 to 30 percent of the trunk (of course the vert trunk is quite a bit smaller than your coupe's trunk). It also makes removal and replacement of the passenger side tail and brake light bulbs very difficult. I would think some kind of custom box would work much better.

As to getting an S1000 box, you're probably only have two choices, Ford Parts at your dealership or a salvage yard.

I am working on fiberglass boxes for both sides of the trunk and can be color matched or carpeted. Let me know if you are interested!

 

Hmm that link on crutchfield would work only i dont need the sub to go with it. I wonder if they would sell just the box.

Ouch, the single enclouser is more then a dual 12" box. It uses less material yet its still like $40 more?

 

its kindof a custom fit that doesnt take up 80% of the trunk
