Default Cleaning windows under louvers

How do you clean your quarter windows if you've installed the stick-on type louvers? Poke a stick with a rag on the end into them?

Do the louvers keep the windows cleaner?

I tape a paper towel to a swifter handle and spray it with a little windex, works pretty good....

Yeah, I thought about getting those for that very reason, but I'm going to paint my louvers matt black and put them on my grabber orange '07. I did a photoshop mockup and I didn't like the way they looked the way I'm going to do them. I do like the way they look when they're painted to match the car.
