Slight Problem, Need Hood Guidance

Hit a deer going kinda slow. still need a hood, should I add a shaker while im at it? 2006 hoods are aluminum and its done (although the damage is not too bad), found a stanger at a body shop , bent it back out slightly but will warp if work on more.. are Cervinis the only hood worth getting? would have to buy it and then have it painted. I dont like cowl hood but might like offset vents in front. what do you think? got pics?

Searay, can you do me a favor and tell me what exactly a shaker hood is? do I get more HP? can you drive in the rain (I dont have to) ?

Chef,
A Shaker is a scoop thats attached to the engine & it sticks up through the hood.
No extra HP, cosmetic mainly.
