Is there anywhere I can but the decals for the Shelby CS6? I am adding the parts but I don't want to buy the entire kit, which is $15,000. I am looking the the racing stripes as well as the side decals. I am getting ready to order some of the parts now. Also does anyone know on how long the current wait time is on some of the body parts like the front bumper, hood, grill, etc?

 

You can buy the decals with the appearance package set which doesn't require near the whole $15k. The difference is that the decals don't have "supercharged" on them. They decals are only available from Shelby as they have a registered trademark right on them not to mention his name. The decals are fairly expensive however. Give Shelby or Hillbank a call for details.

 

Thanks, If I get a chance I will call them tomorrow. I actually sent Shelby an email a few minutes ago as well. Is that how you got yours? Also what is all included in the appearance package. I don't need the back, but I want the complete front end.

 

For anyone that is interested here are the emails I got back from Shelby today:

The full kit inclused the sides, the front fascia, the hood, roof, rear deck lid and the rear fascia. The kit comes 2 different ways. One has supercharged on the sides and the other does not.

I emailed him back finding out what was in the stripe kit for $750. Here's his reply:

Hi Michael,

You could order just the stripe kit if you want too first. Then if you want the body kits, you can order those later. But, if you put the stripes on a stock, it will not work. There are 4 pieces to the hood stripe. As for registering the vehicle, I’m not sure who does that. I do know it does not go into the Shelby registery.

As far as registering it as a Stage 1, that would be done through Hillbank Motorsports, not Shelby.
