does anyone have a picture or can explain exactly were the moleskin should be installed?

Do not hesitate and intall the felt or moleskin. If anything else, it will be good protection for your tint.

 

I just installed mine. Took about an hour taking my time. Just follow the included instructions and it's a piece of cake. I just wish I would have done it BEFORE I tinted.

 

Had the felt installed when they tinted, no issues yet.

I know 4 mustang owners that didn't and 3 that did including myself. All 4 had to get theirs re-tinted and the 3 that did, no issues at all and mine has been done for about a year. I think 4 out of 4 is a good reason to put the felt on =]

 

I had tint installed knew nothing about the scratching till afterwards. Luckily, the tint place honored their warranty replaced the tint and I gave them the moleskin to install. No problems thus far and that was 4 months ago.
