Hey, don't buy one-make one. Take yours off. Put the end you will not keep in a vise. Remove the ball. (I used the slot in a pry bar and a hammer. It was soooo easy) Hack saw off the amount you want to shorten. File the end of the new length slightly to fit the old ball. Trial fit until satisified. Put a drop of super glue on the end and tap the ball on the antenna with a hammer. P

Raubt, that was hilarious. I too ditched my 14 foot antenna when the DNR cited me for killing low flying birds.

i'll consider the $10 i paid for mine the convience fee of not having to spend time doing all that

Not only that, but if you ever want to sell your car, you still have the stock one.
