have anyone had a problem installing their lower grille insert?are you supposed to take the plastic piece out first?i have a problem when i'm tightening the screws,the grille squeezes in the plastic part and the ends bend in different directions.if anyone have anything that can help.please,i need it.its aggrevating.i thought about sticking a few washers between the two grilles to try to push it out some but i dont know.

Pry/separate the top loose first. I think there are three small tabs. Once they are loose tilt it forward and it should come out.

 

No problems on install....but what sucks is high pressure washing removing some of your black accents on the grill........
