I think I have seen more people with the 5 inch tint at top of windshield. Although I have seen someone on here that has like 35% on the front can't remember who but its looks badass but don't know how would see at nights

The WHOLE windshield? Totally illegal, at least here anyway. Do a search on tint laws for your state.

I was considering getting this done a while ago, so I called a bunch of tint places, and literally no one would even do it. Tint on the driver/passenger side windows is totally illegal here too, but the tint shops will still do that for you. The windshield, out of the question though.

It might look cool, if you can even find someone to do it, but you're definitely risking getting bagged on by the cops and if you have an accident or something, I wouldn't even want to think about the liability issues related to your reduced vision through the front windshield. That would probably be a legal nightmare.
