Anyone know where I can find white rims with a black lip?

 

I have never seen anything like that. My guess is that you will have to have them painted that way.

Keep in mind though that if you have a black lip, it will be hard to see where the wheel meets the tire, and the black lip will fade into the tire. This will make your wheel appear to be smaller than it really is.

American Muscle has Bullits in White. If you really wanted the black lip, you can paint it on i guess. Have you thought about black rims with a chrome lip?
