Did you look at the pics of them on the Ford Racing Parts site?

Look kind of "thick" to me. Guess you could be the test mule for 'em.

i liked the look in the frpp ad more than real life. i ordered a part from summit & they came yesterday. the quality was sh*t. the sides of the slats were all wavy, like they used a utility knife to cut them out of the molds. i called summit & they emailed me a label to ship back. they have great customer service and always match prices. i've seen pic's on 'stangs on the mf site for the dg window scoops and like the look. so i ordered a pair of pre-painted. i wanted to order from american muscle & nick but they don't offer pre-painted louvers/scoops. when i was checking out prices from local ford dealers to paint the frpp louvers i was quoted from $120 to $200 . so i figured go with the pre-painted and save the headache.
