What is the deal with the glass roof?

I'm glad to see Ford has brought the glass roof option forward....I only wish it would have been offered in '06 when I bought mine. Very nice option.....the above Saleen doesn't do it for me however. Something about a Saleen just turns me off.

Marcuskeeler has one and I believe it was from CDC anmd his is an 05 as well.....love that option ....very nice and from CDC I think it was 3K to buy and have installed.

CDC didn't even come out with the glass roof until like...'06. There's not way the car was bought brand new, in 05, with that roof...
The "sun roof" glass roof is called SKYVu...made by Saleen in conjunction with ASC. As of right now you can only get it on their vehicles and it is not sold as an aftermarket item. There hasn't been any word yet as to if they will sell it that way or not.
