What kind of adhesive did you use to put it back on?

I have also blacked out the pny in the front, and the next task was to black out the rear gt emblem. Did you have any issues taking it off for painting??

I know i have seen an aftermarket emblem that was flat black brushed aluminum, but i have never found it again.

Looks great! I have been thinking about doing mine as well. I think I'll just leave it on the car however. I should be able to tape some newspaper around the immediate area and block the keyhole with a piece of tape, then just use 2 of the cheapy $1 drop cloths from Home Depot to drape over the rest of the car.

the only thing i dont like about the silverhorse ones are the price..lol, especially when it is about $5 to do yourself from what i see...i will definately have to try to do this on my own..

They look way too "bling" too.
Prefer the stock one painted, very subtle.

I gotta find a paint, where did you get the ford spray paint that you used?
