well any of you who have spend some time under the hood have seen the clips on the hoses...have any of you come up with a "show-style" alternative to the hideous stock clips?

if you are unsure of which clip i am talking about, in the pic below you can see the clip on the end of the hose that is going up into the side of the aluminum coolant tank...

 

I've been looking at these lately, my thoughts are either take em off and shoot them with some paint, or replace them with normal hose clamps.

 

I don't know the size of the hose that your talking about but your could try these http://www.mossmuscle.com/Shop/ViewP...eIndexID=65085 I don't know how well they work but they would probably look a lot better.
