Default Custom Paint?

For various reasons I am going to do a paint job on my car and wanted to get some opinions. I plan on doing a two tone with the current Tungston Grey on the bottom and Tuxedo Black on the top. The color would change along the top of the fender crease line. Something like this car.

I am think of doing an accent stripe about 1/2 inch wide separating the two colors with this color. The sample doesn't show up very well it is a 98 color Light Denim Blue Metallic

I am open to suggestions on the stripe. I thought about a red or a red/gold double strip but thought the blue would be a little more subtle.

I am also unsure how I want to do the rear. I have the CDC ducktail on the car and I am thinking I want to run the color change and the stripe up the ducktail and stop at the top edge. This would make the rear of the car all Tungstun Grey. The other options are to stop the change at the base of the ducktail and leave the ducktail TG or make the ducktail all black.

How about Grabber Blue for an accent stripe? Its a little brighter color.

Grabber blue could look really good, but that color you've chosen wouldn't be a bad choice either, its more subtle which I like in a stripe like this. And that way you want to stripe the ducktail is the best way, but I'd say definitely get a blackout panel to balance out the rear end with the rest of the car. Btw I really want the CDC ducktail on my tungsten car, can you post pics?

This is not what you are wanting to do but this is the blue that I used as an accent stripe, its the old Ford blue.

I have the Zenon black out for the rear now but I will wait and see how I like it with the black top. The more I think about it the more I am leaning to not having the accent strip at all and just go with the color change. If I did this I can run the black over the top of the ducktail to the edge of the trunk and make the ducktail black to match the top. The way the top line crease runs along the door I'm not sure how an accent stripe would look as it would be as large or larger than the black color.
