Default Rear Side Marker Picture Request

I just installed the smoked front turn signals from Stang Mods on my vista blue mustang, and I am trying to decide if I should change the red rear side markers to smoked or tinted.

I'm pretty sure I don't want clear, because that will show more then the red side markers. But I'm not sure how the smoked or blackout side markers would look look on Vista.

If anyone has made this change can you please post pictures.

Thanks in advance.

Not vista, but sonic is close enough. While they are white now, (which i think looks better then the red) I plan to have them tinted when i do my windows some time this summer.

I say get em in clear, put em in, takes literly 5 seconds, and then see how you like them for a week or two. Then if you want to tint/smoke them do it. On second thought you can just tint your current stockers...

the page shows them on a blue car, couldn't direct link the images.

I slapped some tint on mine a few days ago just to see how it would look. I think it looks great smoked vs. the red (which looked kind of cheap IMO). It looks like crap up close though... mostly because I suck at tinting. I'm going to VHT nightshade them eventually.

Lights off:

with flash: reflectors still shine through bright.
