The difference in price is not reflected in the difference in weight. If a dry hood weighs 6 lbs a wet hood weighs 7lbs hardly worth $500+ for one pound difference. Quality is quality if done correctly a wet hood can be made very well and still have a huge advantage as to price. I think hoods for Mustangs in dry for double the price is a bad business decision. And I love and want a carbon hood but I am not willing to spend that kind of premium.
