I am trying to buy some wheels from a buddy and the only thing stopping me is that I cant find any quality 1/4" hubcentric spacers. I need them to clear the front brakes. I was thinking I might as well get them for front and rear to make it look even.

Is this a good idea, provided I can find quality spacers, or should I just turn him down. I feel kinda bad but I want to make sure my setup is safe and reliable.
