I know, it's one of the rubber stops on the glove box that keeps the glove box door from opening too far. Open the glove box and press the back corners inward, the door will flop forward and you should be able to see which side it's missing from.

That was it! I appreciate your help. Matter of fact, the other one must have fell off at the dealer as it is missing too lol I have only had the car for 200 miles :-)
