Anybody know what these are, and if I can get a substitute at the hardware store or auto parts store?

Also the W706805-S902 / HS1 Screws?

I have everything I need but these two items.

The HB3 part number is for the bolts that hold on the air splitter to the bumper cover. The HS1 part number is for the screws that hold on the splash panel. The dealer didn't have these in stock and I didn't order them at the time.

You will have to modify it to fit a regular gt front fascia. Four bolts in middle line up and the fenderwell will need to drill new holes to match the existing screws or bolts for the spoiler to line up. Also need 10 bolts to fill holes that show that are used to attach to gt500. I used plastic license plate nuts and bolts with a dab of silicone on threads to help stay on. I drilled underneath an added 2 bolts and nuts each side to support between fenderwell and center section. Make sure you leave central strength member and cutout each side. Used adremel cutoff wheel and plastics melted back as fast as i cut but eventually it came off, put some tape on front side or you might leave marks. Easy, cheap spoiler that looks but i drag mine all the time, but it gives so no damage except underside where you can't see it.
