Thanks.....Dave just called me too, was also told that wheel has a 3 yr warranty and true was a manufacture defect, but they are paying for the remount too, so 3 day turn around all I can say my experience is good, if in there are more issues months down road, I already communicated what I would like to do with both dave and mike, thanks again for great CS.

I have Black Chrome Wheel Replicas rims. I've had them for a couple years and the only flaws are from my wife curbing the two passenger side rims and a tire shop scarring one.
The black chrome has held up well and looks amazing IMO

New wheel on, old wheel shipped back discount tire did good job not scratching new wheel, and recalibrating TPMS's, I know now all tire places don't do it the same, I asked one place how they did, they showed me,,,they put the show side up on the tire remover as if you were looking at wheel and the bead breaker run across the edge of rim where it might scratch, discount tire put the show side down, it locks the wheel and the remove tire from rear side the show side never had anything moving on it thus no worries, so if you ever have your tire replaced make sure they do that anchoring of the show side and then remove and remount tire. Thanks for fast service CruizinConcepts

I bought a set of fr500 replicas with tires from Saddleup (Shella) she was honest as to the condition of the wheels, up close you can see the defects in the finish, 3 feet away not really noticeable! I am happy with what I paid for what I got, and they look awesome on my car! Have had a lot of compliments. When they get worse I will powder coat them. Go for it, but look for the best deal possible!

a friend of mine does real good powder coating and with the black chrome you'd want to make sure the chrome is totally gone cause powder coat basically etchs for it to stick, if any chrome left on powdercoat would peel, total cost for the best results about $1000 all 4 wheels

With all due respect, anyone who pays a grand to have their wheels powder coated is smoking crack! But thanks for the advice! I will wait till the wheels are F'd up before doing anything and will have a company do the work not some dude off craigslist!
