Default led taillights?

Just wondering if anyone has these? They are the clear ones for 05-09. If so, please post pics. Also, does anyone know if these are illegal in Canada, Thanks.

TBH, I wouldn't even take them if they were free, unless you are going to try to sell them to someone else. Those are the epitome of ricer. If you do install them, you'll have to attach a huge wing to give you that extra 100 rwhp.

I actually seen LED's on a new edge on the highway yesterday.. I was nearly about to puke. Stock tail lights are sexy, why even change them??

okay here goes lol....

i think the LED lights are nice (not in the chrome style u are bout to get)...the ones that are nice come in a red lense like the stock lights with a thin chrome strip at the bottom which u will see in my pics below....

its nice that u can get your hands on a set of these for free because then that means u will have money free so u can get your free lights tinted and making sexxxxy....you wont be able to tell that they were all chrome and all before...

the LED lights in the chrome design are absolutely hideous so you will need to tint them to make them look presentable....

i have these same lights in the stock red lense design...below are some pics of them in the various stages of their initial installation, how they look at night as far as brightness, and what they look like after smoking them out myself...

i have also included a short video of the lights in action....

also NOTE TO SELF:

i smoke out lights and do custom airbrush on my off-days so if you are interested on smoking yours out which i highly recommend, i have done many members' lights from mustangforums at a cheap price so just PM me for some info.....

initial installation:

night time, no brakes depressed:

after smoking them out:

actual footage:

Onfir..........you car is a great example of how small changes like from chrome to black wheels make a huge difference for the better. The blacked out tails are hot too. Great looking ride.....awesome IMO!

if you go those i would suggest smoking them or painting them red like the ones shown below yours. I actually was gonna put em on my car but they dont work with sequentials and sequentials are more important to me.

Absolutly dude. Internet input is great....lots of good ideas out there. The chrome fake gas cap looked horrible with your stripes until you painted it. I did the same too! LOL Your car is a great example of a long journey with some well thought out mods and how it can transform "plain Jane" to awesome!!
