Chin Spoiler Textured Painting

Chin Spoiler Textured Painting
I am going for a two-tome look on my car. I have a replacement chin spoiler that I want to get matching the factory plain plastic GT500 side rockers. What is the best paint to use to get them to match as close as possible?
I have seen some mention Dupli-color Truck Bed Liner, and someone else used Rhino Liner. I want it to have some texture to it and not be a smooth finish.
If I were to try out the Truck Bed liner, what kind of prep do I need to do on it? Should I use an adhesion promotor on it, or is this stuff really tough and will stay on it?
Thanks,
Sean
