I have what looks to be dust particles on my tint that make little specks. Is this something that just happens or did my tint guy not do a very good job? I also have small, minor scratches on a couple of the windows. They aren't really in visible areas but I feel I should get them replaced.

i actually have 15 all around..idk why i put 20..but yes 15%. The card isnt for me haha. And as far as your tint goes..let it dry completely (48 hrs) before you decide anything. But if its still like that (dust and scratch) take it back. not a very good cleaning job.
