Default Where's the best place to get factory rear bumper cover already painted?

I have a deep scratch/gouge on my rear bumper cover, and got a quote to fix it. It's a few hundred dollars, so I was wondering what the best price is for me to just get a replacement bumper cover which already has the factory paint.

Where could I get a factory bumper cover at the lowest price?

Thanks

Dave

Have you even checked with a good body shop or even the dealers body shop to see if they can repair it? I've had the Ford dealer where I bought mine repair shipping damage on the rear bumper when I took delivery plus they painted my rear window louvers. In both instances they did excellent work.

Do a Google search. Here is one example for $182.76....not sure if it comes painted;

They run upwards of 350 - 500 dollars painted & they're HARD to find at the moment, especially if you want the GT/CS model. IMO you're better off getting yours repaired.

Have checked, got a quote from the bumper repair/paint resource the local dealers use for about $300, and wanted to compare the alternative of just buying a new bumper cover painted. Seems silly to put cost/time into the old cover if a brand new one painted might be similar in cost. That's what I'm trying to determine.

I just got an estimate of buying the new bumper cover and having it painted at the Ford dealership body shop. Nearly $800.

There's my answer.
