Default Carbon Fiber Fuel Rail Cover Install

I just received my Carbign Craft Fuel Rail Covers...no instructions. My question is, do I need to remove the nuts that hold the fuel rails and mount the covers to the studs using the nuts to hold them or do I just remove the wiring harness attachments and place the cover on the studs using the plastic wiring harness mounts to hold it in place?

Any help appreciated. I did a search first but found nothing.

You should only have to remove the wiring harness mounts, they are the black plastic tab looking things. Then place the metal part that holds the fuel rail covers in place over those studs and press the wiring harness mounts back on which will hold them in place.
