Default Some cheap and home made dress up mods!

So I saw those things you put on the underside of your trunk lid online for like 180 bux!

I said I can make that for less, turned out for about $35.

and then on the other end at the same time I painted that little ribbed strip thing in the center of the saleen SC lid and changed my couplers to red one since I was having a problem with them holding anyhow.

Yeah I went nuts on the newspaper, but hey it's free.

I was expecting some half-assed, stupid looking mods, but they definitely came out good. The painted red, especially looks good.

I think many people, myself included, would like to know how you tackled the underside of the trunk.

The red in your engine bay really pops. Nice job, it looks great.

Yeah, I'm interested in how you did the trunk mod.
Do you have a template?

I think the red accents are nice. The trunk lettering is a little too big for me....I would prefer something a little more subdued...

How did you attach the trunk lid cover?

I agree. I have a piece of Brushed Aluminum that I want to get a friend to do a Laser cut out of the Pony Logo. Than attach that to some carpet that I bought for the trunk lid. Just need to make a template. It would be nice if someone already had one that I could use.
