Thats what I'm saying. Not bashing you fifthwind at all but my dad got them for his 09 RAM and they're flimsy pieces of aluminum.

Yeah... they are a little pricey, but there are a couple of good points with them. I used to paint my calipers, but:

1) I got tired of having to repaint them.
2) The covers have a cleaner (smoother) appearance.
3) Most importantly, The covers keep the brake dust off your wheels, which is a BIG deal. Painted calipers through dust on your wheels constantly. With the covers, they stay Perfectly clean a LOT longer.

Are the above things worth $180... probably not, but...

So, yeah, they cost a bit, but they do have benefits that are worth it in the end. IMO.
