You could get the same effect with these bezels, a vinyl blackout panel, and sequentials for $300 tops

I can tell you that the Challenger looks hot with sequentials...
The flash rate is so much faster than the S197 and with an extra
bulb per side back there, much more happens during that faster
flash rate...

I dont have the tail lights but I do agree that it would look great with the full kit...
